The house is organized on three floors.
On the upper floor, the kitchen and living room open onto the veranda, where the pine trees make us feel in the countryside and the sea breeze reminds us that the beach is next door.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are newly built, to create comfortable spaces for those who live there and friends.
