The entrance to the two pre-existing offices is done via the Vasco da Gama square, which opens over the Lima river and the old hospital-ship Gil Eannes.

The client's purpose is to transform the old offices into studio apartments.

The view over the Temple of Santa Luzia and the neighboring vegetable gardens, define the organization of the spaces.
The luminous open space of the hall, living room and kitchen, contrasts with the intimate space of the bedrooms, here understood as alcoves.
